Triple channel is a motherboard feature. The RAM sticks themselves do not choose whether or not they are triple or dual channel. Triple channel motherboards are usually high-end boards with six slots for RAM. Note that in real-world gaming situations, the difference between triple and dual channel memory is not that big.

AMD will most likely get triple channel with their upcoming CPU's due out next year.
