A program called smart defragmenter started running on my computer a few days ago, and I did not download it. I had someone remove it, but there were other problems such as certain links not working on trusted websites. Over the last two days, my searches have been redirected to websites taht I am not trying to go to. I tried to run all of the programs discussed in this website, but I cannot get the GMER to finish because the computer freezes. I am sure that there is malware on my computer, but I am not sure what to do at this point.
