I know Im not the first and I will not be the last.
i caught one of those pop up security that I have so many viruses and need to pay for this and that.
It will not let me log into any of my accounts. it totaly blocks every thing.
How Do I take care of this problem on my own? any help would have me in your debt.

Have a look at the following link:

Do you see the name of the malware that you have on your system? If not, then use the google search function under "Search Guides" to type in the name of your malware. If you find the appropriate guide, try following it.
