My computer is giving me a critical error when I copy, cut, or delete files. I can't right-click or use the keyboard shortcuts for these actions. But I am allowed to drag and drop files where I need them to go. I can even drag and drop to the recycle bin.

I don't really have a clue what to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated?

FYI: It's been doing this since I reformatted my harddrive and reinstalled Windows XP.
