Windows Credentials/Windows Vault forgets all windows credentials when the PC is rebooted.

Details on this PC:
1. domain joined
2. Corporate image, second PC out of about 100 to do this
3. All profiles have this issue
4. Generic credentials stay, Windows credentials disappear

Anyone have any suggestions on the issue?
PS - I looked in the registry to see if there was any settings turned off/disallowing it but the CredMang entry doesnt even exist?!?!?

You should be taking this up with Microsoft and utilize your support contract with them.
