Hi All,

I am using Toshiba Qosmio X505; using Windows 7 Home Premium.

Recently it has hang many times at random and I cannot pinpoint what is the problem.

When it hangs the ony way for me to exit is to pull the plug as it will not respond to Alt, Ctrl & Del.

Sound also constantly disappears mid way through music and video play.

It happens so randomly while I surf the net, watch videos, listen to music and even at start up.

Could someone kindly advise

Cheers

Can you create another account using User Accounts in Control Panel and try another profile?

What this means is that your older profile was corrupted some how.

Did you have anything important there?

Glad the issue is resolved. You can delete the old account, then recreate it.

Hi,

bad news.

The problem recurred. Hung again.

Sound also disappeare mid way thru listening to music and watching video.

There is buzzy sound from speakers. Then followed by loud screech and then hang.

What should I do now.

Cheers
