Hi everyone! (This site is amazing)

My computer got infected by System Defragmenter virus yesterday. I tried following the wonderful solution steps to remove the virus(http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-smart-defragmenter). The system defragmenter viruse won't allow me to download rkill.com file on the desktop. So I tried downloading iExplore.exe or eXploere.exe but it shut off my internet connection and can't get online. So, my questions are:

1. Since the virus won't let me download the rkill.com file, how do I transfer rill.com from a second computer? I downloaded rkill.com at a second computer and ran it on it (2nd computer.) So how do I transfer that file to the infected computer? Need some elaborated basic steps to follow it through.

2. How can I fix the internet connection please? Everytime I try to open it, it gives me the following message:
" Problem: "www.google.com" is not set up to establish a connection on port "World Wide Web Service (HTTP)" with this computer. Verify the current Proxy server configuration." But I don't know whether I have one or not and even if I have it, I don't know the port and all the info.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
