I have read many topics on this and have a problem with my browsers directing me to all types of pages when I click on a search result. This is in any firefox and IE. Any search engine i use does the same thing. I have AVG free and scanned it. The only errors found is in the Rootkit scan I get 28 errors of a IRP hook and when I have AVG remove and restart they keep showing up on the rescan. Also I believe Malwarebytes could help me but it won't load unless I rename it from MBAM to something else, then it loads but won't update. I need help. I also ran Avanti on bootup but still the problem is there. I then uninstalled Avanti. I have done all of these things in SafeMode but to no avail. Even with Safemode networking the problem exists.

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
