Operating System: Windows XP
Internet Browser: Google Chrome (but had the same problem in Mozilla Firefox - recently uninstalled)

Certain webpages sometimes show up in a very basic way - strange layout, Time News Roman text, all links are blue and underlined. If I refresh the page a couple of times it tends to sort itself out eventually and shows up as it should.

This happens on websites such as facebook.com and stuff.co.nz

Please help!
