unable to connect to the net

hi,

I'm back again......I have a friend staying with me who is using her laptop from work to connect via the router I have and today after using it for awhile out of the blue she was unable to connect using IE, that wonderful blank page no matter what site she went too. attached it the Malwarebytes log....

I'm closing this, she took her laptop to work and had it re-imaged. I still don't know what the problem was.....

By the looks of the log you posted. Her wireless radio was disabled. Most laptops now have a wifi button. She might have accidentally disabled it.
