Hi there,

Posted Image

I see you've run ComboFix....could you please post the report from it? :) Also, I see Geek Squad got you...or are you them???? I'd like to know if anything else was done is why I ask.

Download TDSSKiller.zip
  • Extract it to your desktop
  • Double click TDSSKiller.exe
  • Press Start Scan
    • If Malicious objects are found then ensure Cure is selected
    • Then click Continue > Reboot now
  • Copy and paste the log in your next reply
    • A copy of the log will be saved automatically to the root of the drive (typically C:\)

Thanks,
tea

Thanks for respaonding Tea.

I had aquired a Geek Squad cd and used it to remove temp files. It works pretty good for that.

And I did run Combofix because I could not get GMER to run completely until I ran combo fix.

Attached is the Combofix file.

I will report the TDSSKiller log when it is complete.

Thanks again.

Uninstalled ComboFix and clicked on Microsoft Update. It crashed to blue screen and shut down.

Rebooted and clicked on M.S. update and it is updating now

So far so Good.

So tell me which log were you able to locate the problem?

Thank you !!!

The very first ARK you posted, plus your description, and all was doubly confirmed in ComboFix. :thumbup2:
