This has been happening for a while now and I've finally decided to do something about it, but I cant figure it out at all. Whenever I play a game when using a headset after a minute or two the sounds audio will start skipping, like its rapidly cutting in and out. This doesn't happen when I'm using my speakers. I can't recall this happening when watching a video or listening to music, but with games it happens nearly every time; every time with certain games. Also after playing with the audio skipping for a while it will eventually stop, but this could be anywhere from 30 minutes to an 2 hours.

I would like to know if anyone has had this problem and if they knew how to fix it. I've been reading that windows 7 has some audio issues but im not quite sure if this is happening because of that. I have upgraded my sound drivers and for reference the USB headset i'm using is a Razer Megalodon. Thanks for the help!
