I have read the post on this very subject at http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic300039.html. I am trying to fix a friends computer so I don't have access very often. To avoid potential security risks down the road should I just reformat the drive?.....This virus does not extend past the windows structure does it?(I only ask because it has access to the boot screen before Windows starts)....Thanks for the advise.....Jason
