I am facing this strange problem where every time I boot my system, I get a message- Windows has failed to start up. This may be due to some recent changes to hardware or software. Then I get two options to choose from

1. Start windows normally (if power off was the cause of the problem)
2. Launch Windows startup recovery(recommended)

Whatever I choose out of the two, I get a screen which says Other User. I click on it and I am prompted for a username and password. But I cant login in any ways.

Please help me.
