I was doing a update. I'm not too sure what was in the update, I think something having to do with a major essentials update and I think a minor update having to do with the video card. The update ended up failing and asked me to restart the computer. I did so and now my desktop is completely black. I can't see anything other than the cursor. I can move the cursor but nothing else. I tried hitting CTR+ALT+DEL to start up task manager but nothing happens. I restart and it recommends me to do launch repair but that also ends up failing as well. After that is finished, nothing is fixed and I'm still at a black screen. I don't know what caused this black screen nor do I know how to fix. Are there any good PC/tech message boards where someone can help me with this problem?
