I am trying to locate a new cable for my Polaroid SprintScan4000 scanner. The current cable is a 50-pin Centronics male to a DB 25 male (for a SCSI card). I just got a new computer that doesn't have a SCSI card, and I'd like to connect my scanner using either a firewire or a USB port. Anybody know where I can get a 50-pin Centronics m /USB m (or firewire) cable?

You can google "scsi 1394 adapter" and see what comes up. I know they definitely exist, but I have no idea how well they work, who sells them or how much they are.
