Computer is running really slow

PC seems to be running slower and slower every day. I've had it for several years and I know there's a lot of junk thats accumulated over the years, but between tuning up and removing any malware, Im hoping it can keep chugging for a little while longer.

Have used Hijack this a while back and was thinking it might be worth having someone look at a log. Open to suggestions.....
