You have adware installed on your system. You can clean your PC using any number of free or commercial anti-virus programs. You might check out http://www.trendmicro.com for a good, free online scanner.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that you don't have a firewall running either. If you have Windows XP SP 2, you can use the built in firewall or you can download Zone Alarm Personal for free from http://www.zonelabs.com.

I don't think Trend Micro will help with your problem, although it wont hurt to try. Your best option right now is to submit a HiJack This Log for our team to review. See Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log, Instructions for receiving help in cleaning your computer.

Our HiJack Team are all volunteers and are very busy right now. You should receive a reply in 2-3 days. Please wait until a team member posts to your thread. Since our submitted logs are lined up by date and time, if you were to post into that topic before a team member replies, that reply would be the new date and time thus moving you backwards in the line. Once you do receive a reply things will move along quickly. If you do not receive a reply in five days post a notice here.

An OS Firewall (In this situation XP's) only alerts to incoming activity. So why use it. To me that makes it almost completly worthless. When one can have both outgoing and incoming activity monitored.
