I am infected with the Redirect virus and shut me off Outlook mail

Hello everybody,

I have that nasty virus that redirects you from your browser (firefox and e) to weird pages, and has slowed down my PC and blocked applications. I have been shut off from outlook, it wont let me access it anymore, it blocks it

I had McAfee antivirus 1 month ago and swithched to F-prot antivirus, which I have now, it caught something but it is useless. I still have McAfee siteAdvisor (should I remove this thing??)

I have tried to run maleware bytes, I have installed it but it wont run the application. I am on save mode now.

I ran the SuperAntiSpyware (portable)It didnt help.

At this point I don't know what to do. I am hopeless

I need some help - guidance to try to fix my pc. Help is much appreciate it.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
