little problem with icons

Ok pictures will show my problem more clearly then that i can explain it. but when i change windows my icons of firefox and the minimalized window next to it change...

sorry for not cropping but i thought you wouldn't believe me and that i just had photoshopped. but i don't know what's up with that so any help/info on it would be appreciated

Your icons cache seems to be corrupted. Follow this guide to force rebuild icons cache in windows vista. This should take care of the problem.
