a friend has think point virus on their pc. i was wondering how to help them remove it. whenever they try to gain access to internet the think point message pops up. i tried going into safe mode and checking the running processes and applications but there was nothing there that said think point. the antivirus program they had has recently expired. i tried to download and run the free avg but could not download it. any help would be appreciated. thanks.
