First official post (after intro!)

There are many sites with information on how to remove this pretty volatile piece of nastiness but I thought it would be good to give you guys ago.

What would you recommend the best steps to follow are? I'm prepared for a few days work on this and also prepared to capture & post logs etc.

I look forward to receiving your comments.
