Started with a fake Microsoft Security Essentials virus. I used MalwareBytes and seemed to have taken care of it, but when I restarted, explorer.exe failed to launch and I had to run programs from Task Manager. When I tried to launch explorer.exe, it said that operation could not be complete because it was infected with a virus. Running avast! showed that both wininit.exe and explorer.exe were infected with bamital. After that I used a variety of different tools to try to get rid of it (TDSSKiller, MalwareBytes, Dr. Web CureIt, Norman Malware Remover, HitmanPro 3.5) and finally used ComboFix on the recommendation of a friend. ComboFix brought back explorer.exe, but on the next reboot, the same thing happened (black screen, no explorer at all, had to run through Task Manager). Here are the DDS logs.
