Been having a lot of trouble with my speakers lately. I've reinstalled the hardware 2 days ago and updated all drivers and everything was fine. Now all of a sudden I get a very loud screeching noise when playing iTunes and Starcraft 2. However, normal windows sound effects work fine and I watched youtube movies just fine.

I'm not sure why its only iTunes and SC2. here are my specs:

Intel ® Pentium® 4 CPU 2.60 GHz
2,59 GHz, 3.28 GB of RAM

Creative Audigy Audio Processor (WDM)
PCI Slot 2 (PCI bus 1, device 1, function 0)

SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio

If anyone knows anything or can help plz let me know.

thanks a bunch...
