Thinkpoint errors and access violation messages

I believe i got a trojan on my computer so i used the step-by-step instructions on getting rid of it, including the running of rkill and malware.
Computer works now and i am able to open internet explorer and task manager, which i was unable to do while my computer was infected (win32/trojan i believe). However, i'm getting multiple messages (i believe they're still popping up)and they all say "Access violation at address 004AFD43 in module 'hotfix.exe'. Read of address 00000000."
they continue to pop up and there is no way that i can close all of them. was this caused by the trojan? is it still there? how do i get rid of this problem?
this is urgent, thank you for your help :thumbsup:

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
