speccy my comp specs done in safe mode as that is all that i have. AMD 3200+ X2 64bit
XFX 8800GT, 2Gb super talent DDR667. I can boot to safe mode just fine. It started with my computer running really slow so i rebooted and upon rebooting it goes through a check disk finds a bunch of files bad it boots up fine but when i type in my password and hit log in the screen turns white like the windows themes just stopped working. Did another chkdsk /f also run sfc /scannow to my windows dir it found some errors in my windows files and fixed some but it still gives me the same BSOD here are my BSOD dumps. It does just fine booting its just when I log in. any help would be great. I also read the thread that has the same error code and went through it to see if it would help at all. Also i have a mem test 5 passes with memtest+ Thanks for any help.

I already have it installed it will only read the status on one of my hard drives in safe mode but it will let me do a disk check in it and it comes back fine. but when i ran the sfc /scannow and while looking at the logs that's a mile long and it list several files that the hash or check sum didn't match with what it was comparing it to. So i kinda think it has to do with the OS after the check disk that it ran. Does scandisk create a log of files it deletes? It deleted a bunch of files when it did it the first time, and that's when i started having the BSOD. It will Boot just fine and come up to the log in screen and will set there all day with no BSOD but as soon as i type in my user name and password it will pop up and start logging in and i will say loading your desktop and then the the screen turns white. kinda like the themes were missing and tha'ts when i get the BSOD. I'm going to keep running sfc /scannow on my hard drive and see if i can get it to fix any of my system files. Is there a way to do a repair install in safe mode? or at boot? i found a way but they were saying that you had to be in windows and not safe mode to do it. I use my comp for school and I'm in the middle of a semester and don't have time to reformat and reinstall everything. If you want screen shots of anything or any of the logs just let me know.

I have finally gotten back into windows with out safe mode by running msconfig and stopping everything but 2 services on it.now to start a repair install. and see if that will fix it. Oh if i right click explore crashes. still cant do much of anything in it. Well ill try this and see if it works other wise ill be reformatting.

Edit

Ok i have tryed doing an upgrade with the original disk and it just tells me that i cant upgrade with out installing sp1 but i didnt know there was a sp1 for win7. I tried another newer copy on win7 and it just give an error msg in Hex. I disabled everything in msconfig and started enabling one by one to see if i could narrow it down. It seams my Anti-virus was triggering the BSOD. I still don't have full function of windows. Most of the programs under administrative tools doesn't work. Event viewer services don't work it just says that Microsoft Management console has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working Pleas close the Program. If I run MMC.exe it will run and give me the admin console. I found out that there is a Bata SP1 so im going to try and install it and see if that does anything to help, but i have a feeling that its going to have to be reinstalled to fix anything.
