Roxio program - Doesn't recognise any disks

It keeps saying 'Please insert a blank or re-writable CD'

And I keep trying different ones but it's not recognising them on this computer and can freeze big time when the disk is in.

I just realised I'm using a Vista PC now. But running it as Admin has made no difference.

Uninstall the Roxio program...try a different burn program...or reinstall the Roxio program...see if there are differences.
