Saw the other posts with system defragmenter and they were closed with no instructions.

Any help is appreciated. Scanned with MBAM and it showed up the first time. The second time, it showed up clean. However, System Defragmenter still shows up as a shortcut on the desktop and I get an error regarding disk space and inability to locate hard drive.

Thanks.

Did you boot into safe mode before running MBAM? That might help.
Also check the obvious places that might be causing an application to be re-executed, I suggest running msconfig and checking the applications it shows as being started. Get rid of any non-essentials.

BC Removal Guide, System Defragmenter

In case that doesn't help, I am moving your post to the Am I Infected forum.
