But I keep receiving this error message once I click on system restore.
"the system could not find the environment option that was entered"

How it started: my printer wouldn't print after having worked for about 6 months. Dell tech support said to do a system restore that way it would just take me to manufacturer original settings (as they wouldn't actually walk me through any sort of help). She listed directions, which didn't seem to be exact for my machine. I backed everything up, restored, etc. Once it restored, my drive E:\ was in the red and I have no idea why. I cannot download anything (I was trying to download Microsoft Office 2010) but it says I need to clean up that drive first. I don't know how to clean up this drive, and with all the other issues, it seemed easier to just do a system restore.
