Hello, first post.
The quandry. I live in the USA, my mom lives in the UK. We chat via Msn Messenger video calling, but it seems that every other time, we have issues with the mic not working etc. She also has viruses on her system.
Is there a program i can utilize that would let me remotely access her system (of course with her permission) so i can do some routine maintanece etc on her system. She has little computer knowledge.
