wonderin if anyone knows if you can change the things that appear on the "send to" option?

You can add folders to rightclick menu by browsing to the "sendto" folder of your account
c:\documents and settings\<your account>\sendto <---- open the "sendto" folder
(This is a hidden folder so first unhide hidden folders )

Then open f.e. the windows exlorer, make a shortcut of the folder(s) that you want to add to rightclick menu, and drag and drop to the window with the open 'sendto' folder
