My recommendation is to disable it. It's hogging your system.

Uhh, what would be the explanation as to why it is hogging the system?@.@ Just curious. And can you help me disable it? Im using windows 7 ultimate.

It's hogging the system, because it's running constantly in the background, indexing any changes made to your computer.
