Since the ComboFix will not run on Vista or Windows 7 64-bit, I have to look for new malware/virus removal apps... It was good while it lasted.
So what tools do people use for Vista these days when the computer says:
"WARNING! YOURS COMPUTER IS AN INFECTED BY HARMFUL VIRUS!!!!"

Thanks.

Also, I heard that subs won't be making a 64-bit version because 64-Bit machines don't get trojans or something of that nature, can anyone elaborate?

Yes, sUBs has indicated it is very unlikely that there will be a 64-bit version of ComboFix since that OS is more secure than a 32-bit system. This is explained in more detail in :step4: ComboFix usage, Questions, Help? - Look here

With that said, sUBs is a diligent researcher as well as a developer and very much aware of new rootkit technology which can infect 64-bit systems.
