I have toshiba laptop runnign winxp home edition service pack 3

I am trying to install an IOMEGA home media network drive

my computer crashes (blue screen) each time I try to install the s/w from the CD
the blue screen refers to the file QsFsFLtr.sys

I check the iomega website, there are just 1 or 2 mentions of this problem with someone saying that Q----.sys file might be corrupted.

I see very liittle info on internet about this particular file

what should I do?

When doing a Google Search for your issue with QsFsFLtr.sys there seems to be a lot of users making the same complaint about crashes. Have you checked with Iomega Support to see if they have an explanation and possible solution?
