Hey guys,

I have recently discovered Bleeping Computer, and sincerely appreciate what you are doing here. I do small Business and residential computer support, which has recently involved a lot of virus work. While I am proficient at removing moderate infections, I have seen a rash of much more serious infections recently. I am hoping to elevate my game in this battle, so i decided to sign up and post on a machine that is giving me fits. Rootkits are the one area that I have not had much success with removal. In many cases I have had to resort to reinstalling OS. Wish i didnt have to spend so much time with viruses, but it makes people realize importance of Good AV and safe computing.

Malware becomes more and more complex and subtle as good people find ways to thwart earlier attempts. Keeping abreast of new methods is very useful.
