Let me grab the d\l and have a quick look at it. I`ll be right back.

Edit; What was the name of the file you downloaded? All I am seeing are .exe downloads. Do not see any .zip files for the x75.

Grabbing it now. Site or my service is slow so it will be a minute or two.

The file is a .exe Meaning it does not need unzipped. After you downloaded the file, did you double left click or did you right click on it and select unzip.

I`m just trying to get an idea of what is going on.

Ok. I see what it is.

With this type of file all you need to do is double left click and it should unzip and auto-run to install the printer.

I double left clicked on it. It gave me the run option. When I clicked on the run button I got another screen that requires me to unzip the file. What am i doing wrong?

Glad it all worked out for you.

Just an FYI. Do`t run Combofix without it being suggested and supervised by a trained Staff Member.

Is this a program that i should install with supervision meaning should i regularly run to prevent problems?

No. It is not to be installed at all unless directed by a trained Staff Member.

Actually Combofix does not install, it just runs. Running it without proper supervision can turn your PC into an expensive paper weight.
