First time poster, long time lurker. Hope to learn how to effectively remove the nasties and get it right the first time (mostly ;)

I am active on other forums such a EE and a contributor to online gaming proxy services and troubleshooting. A few of my recent interventions resulted in WoW2go for the Mac being altered to provide a better connection experience, even though I dont play WoW or use a MAc ;)

Can you hit "RESTORE" {Restore your Computer in Win} back to the day or hour before you loaded this program? This may help. Which operating System do you have?
Glad you are no longer lurking about...
