I have Symantec Endpoint Protection Version 11.0.4202.75 on my HP L/T with Windows 7.
When I try to run any scans with Symantec, I get a message saying "Symantec Antivirus has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working properly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"
Do I have a virus? I also have scan configured to scan upon startup, and the enabled column says No, so I go in to select yes, save it, and it still says No for enabled.
The computer has been running pretty slow, with some programs hanging up, which caused me to look into this.
Can someone point me inthe right direction?
I use this L/T for work and it is very important to keep it clean and running for me.
