Hello. I've been running XP for many years and have never seen this before. A window popped up that says:

Access violation at address 7C9101B3 in module ntdll.dll. Write of address 501F0012

I'm clueless as to what this is telling me. I did find a similar instance on this forum here:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic246039.html

But it has a different address and module than mine. After reading through that thread, I checked ALL the Event logs and there is nothing about this event in any of them. Also, my SP3 is current as of the other day, as is IE8 (of which I don't use just like the other guy that had this problem).

I'd just like to know WHAT this error message is telling me about my system. My gut feeling is "nothing to panic about". I just hate not knowing...after all these years, some new mystery literally pops up right in my face!

Thanks in advance for your help.
