I recently installed Win-Live-Msg. and have problems,
my contact has sent to me a note which I received but
I can not contact him it says he's off line.

I can not invite him, . . as Invite is greyed out at the top, . .

don't know what to do,

I have a dial up connect.

Might I need a plug in ?

I found the live-msg. forum, so if you might have an answer will be appr.

Would anyone know, . . is there a correlation between messg, and the email address,
as I have the assigned email address, _______@live.com, I noticed my contact
appears to have the same as his email address, mine is a different address ?

I still have something wrong after re-installing Msngr-Live, . . .

I can not contact nor can I be contacted, . .

the only clue I have is this exclamation mark, that may mean something but unfortunately, I can't determine exactly what, . .

I tested this but found nothing.

From MsnMsg. Log

I see that this may reffer to an error, plus I see the word ignoring,
does this mean anything to anyone that can read these type of entries ?

[16:25:34.62] 0ce8 Messenger: Zone_Net CTCPNetworkLayer::OnMessage (00C075C8) (2) >> Got WM_WSASELECT_MESSAGE(1055) from WSAAsyncSelect for socket = 2812, error = 0, event = FD_READ

Google Search Reference;
