I was curious how accurate this page was with top ten, I always used malwarebytes, are any of these others ranked before it any better? thanks for suggestions

SAS and MBAM are recommended here. The paid-for MBAM falls short because it doesn't target everything on the checklist, such as tracking cookies.

StopZilla is never better than MBAM.
