A couple of days ago, my Symantec antivirus spotted a potential infection, which I found it a bit weird. I ran Malaware Bytes where it found two spyware problems, one of them being the alureon trojan. According to Malawarebytes, it isolated and removed these files. Since I was not convinced of its' effectiveness, I ran Spybot Search and Destroy and an online tool to remove Alureon. I also cleaned my registry with regedit. After all these, Trend Micro's HouseCall and Spybot Search and Destroy did not find any problems. Interestingly, when I tried to run Malawarebytes' full scan, it kept stalling on a Window's folder file. What do you suggest? Shall I run ComboFix to check for any remnants?
