Hey Guys!
hope everyone is well, I'm new to the forum and I had a problem that I am struggling with.
I am going to be presenting a poster at a large conference, i need to analyze some data.
To do that i have to combine 2 TCL scripts

The first script performs a mathematical calculation on a file
The second script allows you to analyze files that are too large to fit into computer memory (This is true for me)

I want to combine the two scripts so that i can perform my mathematical calculation on a file that is too large to fit into my computer memory!
The name of the first script is residue_rmsd.tcl Residue_rmsd.tcl
The second script is bigdcd.tcl BigDCD

Guys if i can get this resolved and get a working script i will be so grateful!!!
I mean it!

thanks again
