Rootkit problem

I have a rootkit virus that I can't not get out no matter what I do. I have uninstalled all my spyware/malware/antivirus and started from scratch to figure out what I had wrong. I began by doing a CCleaner, then downloaded malwarebytes and it is the malwarebytes that is picking up the Rootkit, and it displays the following: Rootkit.agent c/windows/system32/drivers/bkyhzh.sys. I quarantined it, restarted my computer and did the scan again, and it is back! I did this scan many times already to no avail. I tried to do a System Restore, but that didn't work out for me at all. I still have this Rootkit. I downloaded AVG, it didn't work, I bought Spyware Doctor, and it is not detecting it. Can anyone help me to figure this out? I would truly appreciate it! Thank you!

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include the link to this topic in your new topic and a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

Once you have created the new topic, please reply back here with a link to the new topic.
