After I installed Windows 7 alongside Vista, I noticed that when I was on 7 I would get a lot of static coming from my speakers and earphones whenever I played a song or a video. I switched back to Vista and noticed that the sound didn't have any static. Recently I replaced Vista with Windows 7 because I wanted to only have one OS since I only used Windows 7, I noticed that on the new install it didn't have static. So on my old install of 7 had static and on my new install of 7 didn't have static. I already installed sound card drivers and that didn't fix it either. Is there anyway to fix this or do I just have to migrate everything from my old install to my new install.

I would just migrate every thing to the new install, obviously there is something that is causing that to happen that is not easily fixed it could be a lot of things causing it, such as the sound drivers weren't installed right or there was some other install error or software error.

OK thanks I'll do that since I have installed the drivers about 7 times and still no fixes.
