Hi -
We have two computers at home. One for me and one for the kids...I think.

I'm setting up an account because I need to learn how to keep these frustrating rectangular electronic boxes working better. The kids are using 'my' computer now because they've filled 'theirs' so full of junk that it takes 20 minutes to boot up now.

Right now - only one works - the other (the 'my') has been infected and I think it's possessed...

Hopefully, I can find something on this site to ease my pain. I'm actually considering learning Chinese torture techniquest - because, to me, it would be easier to poke myself in strategic location as oppose to trying to figure out how to fix these rectangular electronic boxes.
