I first started having problems with Symantec Email Proxy messages popping up and saying that my emails could not be sent (even though I was not attempting to send any emails). I ran dds.scr and then GMER as this forum suggests. During the GMER process, my computer completely froze and upon a restart attempt, would not boot. By using the recovery console and then a boot disk, I was able to delete a 0kb file called jmpbiskx.sys and fix my booting problems.

Now that my computer is back running, there are no longer any Symantec popups. However, Symantec now is giving me a notification with the following information:
Scan type: Auto-Protect Scan
Event: Security Risk Found!
Risk: Hacktool.Rootkit
File: C:\WINDOWS\temp\72005b786708
Action taken: Cleaned by Deletion

I ran dds.scr again; below is the dds.txt and attached is the attach.txt. I am reluctant to run GMER again in fear that it will cause another boot problem.

If you could please take a look at let me know what you think, that would be awesome. Thanks!
