Hi there.

I went to turn on my laptop computer and its starts on the makers screen like all computers do, but this time it didnt come off of it. So now im staring at a makers screen and nothing is happening. I can't hear it booting no fan or anything. What is wrong with my computer?? I tried unplugging it but its still on (at least the lights are on and the screen is still up) It says press f2 in the corner for setup but i press f2 and nothing happens, it seems like its frozen but its not doing anything. also when I hit the off button it imediately turns off no booting down or anything, just off.

anyone have any suggestions to what may be wrong with my computer.

btw my computer is an acer.

thanks!
