I have a dual boot OS installed on a laptop with Suse 11 and windows XP. Currently I would like to overwrite Suse with server 2003 but leave windows xp without deleting anything. My questions is how should I do this? Do I need to format Suse partition to NTFS and install server 2003 on that partition? And will it still be dual boot with xp? Please let me know the correct procedures. Thanks

I used the instructions for completely removing Ubuntu and rewriting the Windows MBR in the link below. Should work with
Suse 11.

After removal you should be able to install server 2003 as a dual boot with XP. See link below.

If the computer does not have an operating system installed, install the oldest Windows version first.

Note Install Windows XP before you install Windows Server 2003.

Thanks buddy! I'll give that a try. Since I already have Windows XP installed; I will just install Windows Server 2003 after removing MBR on Suse partition using those instructions.
