I recently acquired a laptop running 64 bit Windows 7. Previously I had run a 32 bit Windows XP Home machine and recovered my system files many times with ERUNT and found it invaluable.

Is running ERUNT still advised for a 64 bit Windows 7 machine. I was thinking that Microsoft may have improved the system recovery capabilities in Windows 7 but I currently know very little about Windows 7.

Yes ERUNT is Win7 ,64 bit compatible and still the best tool for the job.
